SHIPPING INFORMATION

Policy

You must place your order by 12:00 noon Eastern time Monday through Friday to receive your order by the 3rd, 2nd business day or next business day (PM) depending on shipping option for USA orders.

• We can't ship internationally.
• All delivery times shown are estimates for USA orders.
• Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped.
• All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• All orders are shipped from multiple warehouses nationwide.
• UPS nor Fedex  deliver for annetteonline.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.

All orders are covered by loss insurance. If for some reason a shipment is lost, we will replace as soon as we are notified with no additional shipping charge.
