Dear Annette Customers,

In 2002, I received a phone call from my father asking me to help launch his Colombian shapewear brand, Annette, in the United States. As a recent graduate of NYU, I agreed to take on the challenge of expanding a 25 year old, family-run company into one of the most competitive markets. Within months, Annette International was born in the United States and I was running the US headquarters out of my mother’s small apartment in Miami.

Several years, two children, one supportive husband, a committed US/Colombian team and many business trips, phone calls and trade shows later, Annette International has become a viable brand in a competitive industry. It was during this time that I purchased all the company’s shares from my family members and in 2008, became the sole owner of Annette International.

Our team has worked tirelessly over the past eight years to understand what women want out of their shapewear. In turn, Annette International has developed products made specifically to make women feel great from the inside out and will continue to do so year after year. Annette International is now known as a leader in the industry of innovative shapewear, currently offering ten collections that cater to the specific needs of women of all shapes and sizes.

All Annette product is manufactured by C.I. Manufacturas Femeninas, headquartered in Cali Colombia.

The factory was established in 1981 by Leopoldo Singer at the age of 35. Mr. Singer, as President, has worked tirelessly for over 30 years to build a brand with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to quality.

The company exports to over 30 countries world wide including most countries in South and Central America, Mexico, Canada and the United States. The Annette brand also ships to a host of major accounts in Europe and the Middle East.
