Next Monday (June 21st) is officially the first day of summer 2010. I don’t know about your closet, but some of my clothes “shrunk” during the fall/winter seasons. (Humor me people. Serious score on this one. Annette is an apparel company, run by Sharon Singer, that creates 'the only adjustable shapewear that allows you to decide the degree of comfort.' They were kind enough to send me two samples of their Diva Defined line–and at $50 a pop (score!)–I promised to try them on for at least 2 seconds. It’s been six weeks and my body is still hanging on to a lot of baby weight. Unlike so many moms I’ve spoken to, nursing does not help me lose the baby weight. In fact, it wasn’t until after I stopped nursing my son that I started losing those last stubborn pounds. I never imagined I’d be excited about wearing shapewear. But it’s something I won’t leave the house without these days. Last week I told you about Annette shapewear’s Secret Weapons line. Return Policy
You may return or exchange all undamaged, unused items purchased at Annetteonline.com within 2 weeks of the original delivery. All returned items must include the original labels and packaging. If the merchandise is damaged, used, or without labels, we will be unable to credit your account or exchange for other product. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, please contact us via e-mail and we will reply within 24 hours. Within 2 weeks of receipt, we will credit the same card used in the initial transaction. If you received the wrong order or a damaged garment, please contact us immediately.
Sales of any discontinued items are final. No returns or exchanges accepted.

- All delivery times shown are estimates.
- UPS will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if time is critical.
- Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped.
- All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida.
- UPS does not deliver for annetteonline.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.
- Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are covered by loss insurance. If for some reason a shipment is lost, Annetteonline will replace as soon as we are notified with no additional shipping charge.

Dear Annette Customers,
In 2002, I received a phone call from my father asking me to help launch his Colombian shapewear brand, Annette, in the United States. As a recent graduate of NYU, I agreed to take on the challenge of expanding a 25 year old, family-run company into one of the most competitive markets. Within months, Annette International was born in the United States and I was running the US headquarters out of my mother’s small apartment in Miami.
Several years, two children, one supportive husband, a committed US/Colombian team and many business trips, phone calls and trade shows later, Annette International has become a viable brand in a competitive industry. It was during this time that I purchased all the company’s shares from my family members and in 2008, became the sole owner of Annette International.
Our team has worked tirelessly over the past eight years to understand what women want out of their shapewear. In turn, Annette International has developed products made specifically to make women feel great from the inside out and will continue to do so year after year. Annette International is now known as a leader in the industry of innovative shapewear, currently offering ten collections that cater to the specific needs of women of all shapes and sizes.

The factory was established in 1981 by Leopoldo Singer at the age of 35. Mr. Singer, as President, has worked tirelessly for over 30 years to build a brand with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to quality.

Sharon Singer is the President and Creative Director of Annette International. Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, she graduated from Universidad Javeriana in Bogatá, Colombia in 1999 with a degree in Economics. Upon graduating, Singer moved to New York City and while working at the Colombian Government trade offices, she also attended New York University where she received her masters in Public Administration. In 2002, Singer joined the family business of creating, designing and selling innovative shapewear, helping launch Annette International and in 2008 became the sole owner of the company.
Singer is a devoted business owner, entrepreneur, mother and wife. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and share her secrets on how to balance it all to other working mothers. She lives in Miami with her husband of six years, James, her daughter, son, and dog Tricky.
